This hotel has a stunning and lovely location, everything was great and easily accessible, and there's a wonderful selection of treats for breakfast, plus the pool area is very clean.

we ate at a really nice restaurant at fair price. a terrace and sound-proofed windows where perfect.

Spent 2 nights here with my family members, had a such wonderful stay overall. The location was stunning and wonderful, in the SPA center, and the view was great, too. It was also close enough to the fortress and Veliko and the Veliko Tarnovo.

This hotel is situated in a wonderful spot near the hill, the fortress, and nearby attractions, making it an ideal location for visitors.

I have just returned from a wonderful stay in this brand-new hotel, brand-new and reasonably large rooms. The location is exceptionally nice, 3 miles from Archaeological Museum. It's in a lovely building in the really quiet area. When I am in Arbanasi, I like staying here.

The view from the room and restaurant terrace is absolutely breathtaking! The food at the restaurant is mouth-watering and the service is top-notch. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The mattress in the room is surprisingly comfortable, even though it tends to slip from the bed occasionally. The cleanliness of the room is commendable. The spa area is a real treat and always available during its working hours. The size of the room and terrace are perfect. On-site parking is convenient and the free cancelation option is a rarity. This is the best spa complex I have ever visited, with stunning views, amazing staff, delicious food, and exceptional service. It's perfect for a family holiday, with great amenities like a playground, playroom, and infinity pool. The massage services here are out of this world, it was the best healing massage I've ever experienced. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be returning next year. Kudos to the fantastic team at this complex for their outstanding work!

The location was wonderful, between the hills. the interior design was excellent. It was close to the fortress and Veliko Tarnovo. My room had a large balcony, cozy beds, and a spacious terrace. I had a good night's sleep.

the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, even better than my previous stay in arbanasi. the hotel was peaceful and clean, with spacious and comfortable rooms. the staff, especially eva at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. highly recommend!

Soundproofing in the rooms was lacking.

The room I stayed in had breathtaking views of the hills and mountains. It was equipped with central heating, a multi-channel TV, and a well-stocked mini bar fridge. the staff were extremely courteous and always ready to help. the location was perfect, close to the fortress, Veliko Tarnovo, and other attractions in the area.

The spa facilities were clean and relaxing, and the pools were refreshing with beautiful views. The food in the restaurant was delicious with a great variety of options. We also enjoyed the activities available on the hotel and the surrounding area. we had a wonderful family holiday and would definitely visit again.

My recent city trip was wonderful! The hotel is located in a beautiful hilly area and the outdoor terrace provides breathtaking views. The breakfast and lunch options were amazing and diverse, catering to all of my needs. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

There were some minor issues that could have been improved. The air conditioning was not powerful enough during the hot days and there were some mosquitos and insects in the room.

I always return to this place for my stay. The staff helped me with printing my boarding pass at my first visit. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, spa, restaurant, and more. I am coming back for a city trip. No regrets!
